I made this ice cream with the Junket vanilla mix and vanilla bean paste. It turned out pretty good but next time I may try the Simmons family recipe instead. I want to find a really good homemade ice cream recipe instead of one that just tastes like heavy cream. I’m guessing that eggs will make it better.
