From my paleo recipe book. I actually made the marinade on Sunday cause it needs to sit overnight and then cooked it Monday night because it only cooks for 6 hours and I go to work way longer than that. It was very tender but not super flavorful. Next time I might pull the skin up and pour the marinade directly under the skin. Served with amazing sweet potato fries from the recipe on nom nom paleo. How are they even good for us? Or maybe they are not.
