I want to learn how to make good and easy Spanish rice in the rice cooker. I used this recipe as a guide. First I microwaved some chopped onion, jalapeño and minced garlic with a little oil for a minute to soften it then added it to 2 cups rice, half can diced tomatoes, 2 scoops better than bouillon, a little bit of salt, chili powder and cumin. I added water up to 2 and turned on mixed setting. Overall it was pretty good but could have had a little more flavor.
