I’m so proud of making homemade naan and it was yummy! I got the recipe from “Once upon a chef” and I chose this one because it used instant yeast which is what I found at the grocery store. I used watered down Greek yogurt instead of plain because that is what I had. I cooked it on my cast iron skillet although next time I may try my double griddle to make two at a time. Finally, I cut the rectangular log into 6 pieces but next time I may do 7 so that they are a little smaller and don’t fold over themselves.
