From Forest Feast. This was really yummy and simple! I made my own cauliflower pearls cause I had cut cauliflower at home but next time I might buy frozen. I sautéed the cauliflower in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil for about 7 minutes. Then I added cooked quinoa, 1/4 cup golden raisins, chopped pecans, dried cherries, and sunflower seeds.
