Chicken Tetrazzini 

From the “Wellness Mama cookbook”. I really liked this recipe!! Daniel wasn’t thrilled but Andy was even willing to eat the mushrooms. If I make this again, it’s probably just for my sake.  The only change I made was using 1/4 of an onion.  I made the topping with whole wheat flour and added toward the end of baking.  I made this in my all clad pot and it worked well even though it was full.
