Bolognase Sauce

From Marcella Hazan.  I followed this recipe roughly.  I used 1.2 lbs of lean ground beef and no celery.  I also used crushed tomatoes instead of chopping my own. Because I am lazy, I didn’t quite cook away the wine before adding tomatoes and I only cooked it for 2 hours instead of 3.  Hours go by fast when you are napping though.  😉
