Pork Shoulder Tacos

From Bobby Flay.  I always forget how much fat meat has in it.  Andy cut a lot of the fat off and then diced the meat.  I let the meat sit in the pot overnight so that the fat rose to the top and then I scraped it off.  I didn’t realize that the radicchio leaves were in place of corn tortillas.  They were pretty good, but probably not worth $3.  I also didn’t use the jicama because I didn’t feel like cutting it up.  Find the recipe here.
