Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs

From DBC cookbook page 154. Ribs were on sale at HEB for $1.77 a pound. This was really easy. I just mixed some spices together and rubbed them on the ribs then cooked it in the oven for 3 hours. I didn’t put them on the grill, but maybe next time.

Served with roasted butternut squash (no thanks) and mashed sweet potatoes.
