Chicken Provençal

From the cookbook by way of the Dallas Morning News article about cooking clubs. It had all Andy’s least favorites (olives and mushrooms). It was pretty easy to make. Notes for next time: chop up tomatoes more, quarter mushrooms, dice chicken.
