Brunch Tart with Spinach, Olives, and Leeks


I made this from the food network magazine but I also found the recipe online here. It was pretty easy to make but I would use 2 puff pastry sheets next time and not roll the out. The crust is too good not to have more of it. The flavor was pretty good but I may cut down on the leeks next time (didn’t even add onions) and add a couple more spices. It was pretty and yummy but not necessarily outstanding.
